Is it white-label?

The PDF report carries your agency's name, logo and color, with no mention of us. The online report and the emails we send you are ours, so share the PDF with your client.

Can my clients log in?

Not yet. You hold the account and share reports with clients yourself.

Can I swap a client for a new one?

Yes. Email us and we'll move the slot. Slots are for clients you actively serve, so they can't be rotated through more clients than your plan covers.

Can I tell a client their site is compliant?

No, and neither do we. The service is automated screening, not legal advice or certification. Keep that statement on what you hand over, and send anything marked for escalation to a healthcare attorney. The details are in our Terms of Service.

What kinds of practices does it cover?

It's built for med spas, aesthetic and plastic surgery practices, dermatology, regenerative medicine, IV therapy and weight-loss clinics.
